About the Author
Bonnie L. Brandes, MEd, holds a BS in psychology and behavior modification from Utah State University and an MS in multicultural language development from National University. She is the founder of Quantum Reflex Integration, a company dedicated to the practice of reflex integration and addressing neurological disorders. QRI is the first program to use cold laser therapy and acu-reflex points to address neurological conditions. Significant results in behavior, movement, and cognition are often quickly apparent.
She has more than twenty-five years of experience working with children with challenges, has taught special education in both middle and high school, and is a licensed educational-kinesiology instructor. As special education department chair of San Diego High School, she organized a pilot program for learning centers in the school using movement and cutting-edge reading programs. She currently trains medical professionals, specialists, and parents internationally in reflex integration using the cold laser.

The Lyme pain was completely gone by then but then I started feeling like I was releasing old emotions

I am totally and completely blown away by this book and the techniques that Bonnie is teaching here. I found out about Bonnie and her group from my neighbor who has been taking classes and working with Bonnie for a few years. She came over and worked my reflexes with her lasers when I was feeling a lot of pain and fear from a reassurance of Lyme disease. Not only did my fear go away, my Lyme pain went away too. When it came back the next day she came back and just kept working on me every day for two months. The Lyme pain was completely gone by then but then I started feeling like I was releasing old emotions, old thought patterns and much more. I'm not stressed every day or in fight,flight and freeze mode any more. I have PTSD from childhood issues and so far each day is so much less stressed and fearful. My anxiety is less and I'm able to handle difficult situations calmer. It's been four months of five day a week treatments (My neighbor is an incredible women) and I see true healing happening because of this information, technique and Bonnie's vision. I'm so grateful. I am now starting Bonnie's first on line class and have bought my own laser set up and am working on the whole family plus some of my friends' kids who have learning disabilities and they too are doing great. One has had severe car sickness her entire life, she can't even make it out of town without having her mom pull over so she can throw up. I've been working on her with Bonnie's protocols and she just took a trip hundreds of miles away from home with not one pull over, not one time feeling sick. Bonnie really has found something here and I for one will continue this program as long as it's helping me feel calm and less fearful then I used to live with. Blessings to you Bonnie for sharing this with the world. And yes, four months later, still no Lyme. Amazing.

Amazing what reflex integration can do!

My little guy has Down syndrome and we started the integration program in this book six days ago. At first, he was a terror and a half! Days one through three were ROUGH... BUT he was already doing new things that first day! After a little less than a week, he's more social, his articulation has slightly improved, he's playing with his toys more appropriately, he's talking a little more, and most importantly, he seems so much happier! He's always been a happy kid, but I've never seen this guy smile or laugh so much! I can see him thinking (aka plotting) what he's going to do next. It's been great and knowing this is helping him makes going through the rough days so worth it! I can't wait to see what's next. We're doing one reflex in the morning and one at night and hoping to start the QRI laser this year. I highly recommend!
Note: I did the first couple exercises on my husband and he experienced a detox effect the very first time and then fell asleep. My guy snuggled with me for an hour after the first exercise.

Critical information for children and adults with special needs

This book so clearly explains the reflexes that are critical for growth and development. Not only are the early stages defined, but the implications of a reflex that is not integrated are described, and then she teaches you how to address each specific reflex. This book is a great way to educate yourself on the reflexes and the importance of their integration, especially for children with special needs. Ordered one copy for myself, and halfway through the book we ordered 3 more for the special needs school where I work, as a training opportunity for all of our clinicians. Thank you for this important information Bonnie, and for writing it in such an eloquent way!
